IBM Db2 Recovery Expert dla systemów Linux, UNIX i Windows 5.5 IF 2 jest podatny na ataki typu cross-site scripting. Ta luka umożliwia nieuwierzytelnionemu atakującemu osadzenie dowolnego kodu JavaScript w interfejsie WWW, zmieniając w ten sposób zamierzoną funkcjonalność, co może prowadzić do ujawnienia danych uwierzytelniających w ramach zaufanej sesji.
