Tłumaczenie automatyczne – może zawierać nieścisłości.
FreeScout to samoobsługowe biuro pomocy i współdzielona skrzynka pocztowa. W wersji wcześniejszej niż 1.8.231 formularz profilu udostępniał uprawnienia only_ przypisane_tickets właścicielowi niebędącemu administratorem, a UsersController::profileSave() dodaje lub usuwa User::PERM_ONLY_ASSIGNED_TICKETS bez sprawdzania, czy redaktor jest administratorem. Agent z ograniczeniami może odznaczyć tę opcję lub przesłać zwykły zapis profilu, który ją pomija, aby usunąć ograniczenie nałożone przez administratora. Agent może następnie czytać i modyfikować rozmowy przypisane innym agentom w każdej skrzynce pocztowej, do której już należy. Ten problem został rozwiązany w wersji 1.8.231.
