Tłumaczenie automatyczne – może zawierać nieścisłości.
FFmpeg do wersji 9.0.2 zawiera lukę w zabezpieczeniach umożliwiającą odmowę usługi w demuxerze DASH, która umożliwia atakującym wywołanie nieskończonej pętli poprzez podanie pustego adresu URL multimediów SegmentTemplate. Atakujący mogą utworzyć manifest .mpd deklarujący SegmentTemplate media="", więc funkcja get_current_fragment() wywołuje av_strireplace() z pustym ciągiem wyszukiwania, zużywając procesor w nieskończoność.
