Tłumaczenie automatyczne – może zawierać nieścisłości.
Poppler w wersjach od 0.42.0 do 26.10.0 zawiera funkcję przepełnienia bufora stosu w funkcji Decrypt::revision6Hash(), która umożliwia atakującym kontrolującym hasło nadpisanie pamięci stosu podczas otwierania plików PDF zaszyfrowanych AESV3/R6. Atakujący mogą podać hasło dłuższe niż 127 bajtów za pośrednictwem aplikacji korzystających z bibliotek libpoppler, libpoppler-glib lub API C++ w celu przepełnienia buforów K1 i E, zawieszenia procesu lub uszkodzenia pamięci.
