Tłumaczenie automatyczne – może zawierać nieścisłości.
Biblioteki libfsapfs do 20260921 zawierają niedomiar liczb całkowitych w funkcji libfsapfs_key_encrypted_key_read_data(), która umożliwia atakującym wywołanie odczytów sterty poza zakresem za pomocą spreparowanych atrybutów KEK. Atakujący mogą dostarczyć spreparowany zaszyfrowany obraz APFS ze zniekształconymi długościami atrybutów HMAC lub zawiniętymi atrybutami KEK, aby spowodować awarię fsapfsinfo, pyfsapfs, dfVFS lub plaso i odczytać pamięć sąsiadującej sterty przed sprawdzeniem hasła.
