Frappe Helpdesk przed wersją 1.26.0 zawiera lukę umożliwiającą obejście autoryzacji, która umożliwia uwierzytelnionym użytkownikom portalu tworzenie zgłoszeń podszywających się pod innych klientów poprzez podanie wartości raise_by. Atakujący mogą wywołać punkt końcowy hd_ticket.api.new z adresem e-mail ofiary, aby umieścić bilety phishingowe w swoim portalu i przeczytać odpowiedzi za pośrednictwem get_ticket_activities.
