Tłumaczenie automatyczne – może zawierać nieścisłości.
Wersje libexpat od 2.7.2 do 2.9.0 zawierają lukę umożliwiającą odmowę usługi, ponieważ XML_ParserReset zeruje bezpośrednią liczbę bajtów, ale nigdy nie przesuwa śledzonej alokacji sterty. Atakujący mogą przesłać duży dokument XML, więc późniejsze dokumenty w tym samym resetowanym parserze będą kończyć się niepowodzeniem z komunikatem XML_ERROR_NO_MEMORY, dopóki nie zostaną odtworzone.
