JSON-SCADA przed wersją 0.65-alfa zawiera lukę w zabezpieczeniach polegającą na wstrzykiwaniu sql w opcApi() w src/server_realtime_auth/index.js, która umożliwia uwierzytelnionym użytkownikom wstrzykiwanie SQL poprzez parametry HistoryReadRequest. Osoby atakujące mogą wstrzykiwać instrukcje skumulowane za pomocą wartości NodeId.Id, StartTime lub EndTime, aby odczytywać, modyfikować lub usuwać dane historyczne we wszystkich lokalizacjach, niezależnie od roli.
