Oprogramowanie pośrednie USB NXP MCUXpresso SDK (mcuxsdk-middleware-usb) przed wersją 2.13.0 zawiera lukę w zabezpieczeniach umożliwiającą odczyt poza granicami w funkcji USB_DeviceCdcRndisSetCommand(), która ufa dostarczonemu przez hosta InformationBufferOffset. Złośliwy host USB może wysyłać komunikaty RNDIS SET dla OID_GEN_CURRENT_PACKET_FILTER lub OID_802_3_MULTICAST_LIST z przesunięciem poza zakresem w celu odczytania i ujawnienia pamięci urządzenia.
