Tłumaczenie automatyczne – może zawierać nieścisłości.
Element Web i Element Desktop przed wersją 1.12.32 akceptują poświadczenia gościa z parametrów fragmentu adresu URL w module LoadSession, umożliwiając zdalnym nieuwierzytelnionym atakującym wylogowywanie użytkowników i czyszczenie lokalnych sklepów. Atakujący mogą nakłonić zalogowanych użytkowników do otwarcia łączy z parametrami Guest_user_id i Guest_access_token, aby wymusić kontrolowaną przez osobę atakującą sesję gościa i zniszczyć niezabezpieczone klucze szyfrowania typu end-to-end.
