Tłumaczenie automatyczne – może zawierać nieścisłości.
Nextflow to DSL dla potoków obliczeniowych opartych na danych. Od 25.09.2-edge do 25.10.6 i 26.04.3, logowanie uwierzytelniające nextflow zapisuje tokeny nośnika OIDC platformy Seqera do ${NXF_HOME:-~/.nextflow}/seqera-auth.config poprzez AuthCommandImpl.writeConfig w plugins/nf-tower/src/main/io/seqera/tower/plugin/auth/AuthCommandImpl.groovy bez ustawiania restrykcyjnych uprawnień do plików, umożliwiając domyślnemu umask 022 utworzenie pliku w trybie 0644. Na hoście POSIX obsługującym wielu użytkowników lokalny użytkownik, który może przeglądać katalog domowy ofiary, może odczytać seqera-auth.config i podszyć się pod ofiarę przeciwko platformie Seqera w zasięgu tokena. Nie ma to wpływu na systemy z jednym użytkownikiem i bezgłowe moduły CI, które nie korzystają z interaktywnego przepływu logowania. Ten problem został rozwiązany w wersjach 25.10.6 i 26.04.3.
