Znaleziono błąd w GPAC aż do f1219cde. Podatnością dotknięta jest funkcja gf_node_get_field_count w pliku scenegraph/base_scenegraph.c w komponencie MP4Box. Wykonanie manipulacji może prowadzić do osiągalnej asercji. Możliwe jest przeprowadzenie ataku na hosta lokalnego. Exploit został opublikowany i może zostać wykorzystany. Aktualizacja do wersji abi-16.23 rozwiązuje ten problem. Ta poprawka nazywa się 49dee5cad329cfed310c1682703df7daa47df31a. Należy zaktualizować komponent, którego dotyczy problem.
