Tłumaczenie automatyczne – może zawierać nieścisłości.
MKVToolNix do 101.0 zawiera przepełnienie bufora sterty w parserze superindeksowym ODML dołączonej biblioteki avilib z powodu zawijania liczb całkowitych w 32-bitowej arytmetyce. Atakujący mogą stworzyć złośliwy plik AVI ze zbyt dużą liczbą wpisów, co powoduje alokację zbyt małej sterty, co pozwala na przepełnienie bufora sterty podczas analizowania pliku za pomocą mkvmerge.
