Formularz ankiety TDuck do wersji 5.3 nie sprawdza poprawności adresów URL elementu webhook ani nie sprawdza własności formularza w kontrolerze WebhookConfigController. Uwierzytelnieni napastnicy mogą dołączać webhooki do formularzy innych użytkowników i wydobywać zgłoszenia na dowolne adresy zewnętrzne lub wewnętrzne.
