Tłumaczenie automatyczne – może zawierać nieścisłości.
Wersje ansi2html od 1.7.0a0 do 1.9.3 zawierają lukę w zabezpieczeniach skryptów między witrynami w obsłudze hiperłączy OSC 8, która nie sprawdza poprawności docelowych adresów URL ani nie powoduje ucieczki przed nimi. Osoby atakujące kontrolujące wprowadzanie tekstu ANSI mogą wstrzyknąć schematy javascript: lub zakończyć atrybuty href w celu wykonania dowolnych skryptów w kontekście stron wyświetlających przekonwertowane dane wyjściowe.
